In the world there is an increasing claim for qualitative technologies which spare the environment. Our company, in combining these two important aspects, provides alternatives to traditional fuels. In this regard we put into circulation clean, environmentally sound bio-diesel produced from rapeseed-oil, sunflowerseed-oil and other appropriate vegetable oils.

The most significant advantage of our products against petroleum is decreased air pollution, owing to the fact that during its combustion the emitted CO₂ is equal to the plant's CO₂ taken from the environment during its growth. As this gas contributes considerably to global warming our common interest is the increased and more widespread use of bio-diesel.

Ökofuel Ltd has been operating since 17 May 2006.
The scope of business of the company is as follows:

  • Agency wholesale trade of the basic commodities and fuel.

The objectives of Ökofuel Ltd:

• To maintain, unite and organize Hungarian vegetable-oil production.
• To procure and esterificate the raw material of Hungarian and neighboring countries' small and medium sized oil-pressers (initially through outsourcing with a goal to establish our own mill).
• To introduce local marketing of bio-diesel.
• In the medium-term, to establish new production groups in the region.
• To establish product markets.
• To establish our own production group and press mill in 2007.

Assurance of vegetable-oil production:

• We have already started execution of contracts with production groups and agricultural mills.
• We have already started the negotiations with the production groups for the establishment of processing mills.
• We would like to establish long-term integration of oil crop production.
